The Website is operated by EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 679333594). Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products or Services, is provided by EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (Terms). The Website is intended primarily for educators in Australia and other regions where the Services are available.

You may choose between monthly or annual subscription plans. Upgrades from monthly to annual plans will take effect immediately. If downgrading from annual to monthly, the monthly subscription will begin only after the current annual subscription period ends.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may initiate mediation. The cost of mediation shall be shared equally between the parties. If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, either party may commence legal proceedings in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
EdUP Solutions Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by a Force Majeure Event.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full force.
